Prior to joining Market Designs, Gail was a partner with Legacy Partners, LLC.  She was responsible for working closely with CEOs, CFOs and managers of Finance to identify cost savings, revenue benefits, economic loss analysis and reporting.  Before her tenure with Legacy, Gail was a Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager with Bank of America.  In her role with the bank, she managed more than $100M dollars of private customer assets.  She began her career at the bank as a consultant reporting to the CEO and Executive Management Team.  She was responsible for pioneering the capital markets subsidiary, which was designed to house the sales and trading activities for corporate banking clients.

 

Gail is a strong financial manager who has led project teams in indirect lending, investment banking, funds management, trading, distribution and discount brokerage reviews.  She has managed mergers & acquisitions and led nationwide teams in the redesign of Bank of America’s foreign exchange business.

 

Gail started her career as an accountant with SCANA Energy and has also worked as a Vice President with Phoenix International Consulting and American Medical International.  Gail has a Master of Business Administration degree from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
