Moses Sawney comes to Market Designs with a wealth of experience, most recently with Jerome Paige & Associates, where he specializes in business valuation and related economic loss damages.  He has worked extensively with the Victim Compensation Fund, providing economic analysis and expert testimony.

 

With more than 10 years formal banking experience at Bank of America, Moses has held Director and Vice President roles in leveraged finance and in corporate finance.  He has provided consultation and investment banking services to leveraged buy-out, late-stage venture capital and merchant banking partnerships, concentrating on firms with equity investment funds of $150 million.  Also in these roles, he has originated syndicated bank credit, pubic debt, mergers & acquisitions advisory and structured finance transactions for Fortune 1000 clients, including AT&T, PepsiCo, Kodak and Colgate.

 

Moses is a successful entrepreneur, providing investment banking advisory services to small and early-stage business.

 

He began his career as a Corporate Finance Associate at Bank of America.  He holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Tampa.
