Terriann Shockley is one of the founding partners and principal consultants of Market Designs.  She is a former director of marketing and financial analysis for Worldspan, and has strong experience in Global Distribution System reporting and analysis.  Most recently she was director of marketing for the Travel Supplier Solutions Division at Worldspan, where she was instrumental in the development of sales planning and incentive management.  She developed sophisticated reporting and tracking processes for developing marketing and sales organizations within eCommerce and Travel Supplier Solutions.

 

Terriann’s background includes a principal role in the development of Worldspan’s eCommerce division with responsibility for the division’s financial analysis for market entry and product development.  She led the operational, customer and sales support, proposal management and contract implementation teams. 

 

Terriann has an extensive background in market entry and execution as evidenced by her role in Orbitz contract development and implementation.  She was also the principal financial contact for the Expedia and Priceline contracts.  Her professional background includes  more than 10 years experience with Worldspan, 6 years with Continental Airlines, and 7 years with Conoco.  She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a BS from the University of Missouri.
